Tomato Soup

Tomato soup
Soups are very healthy and nourishing food,if prepared from fresh ingredients rather than from ready to eat packets.Tomato soup is one of the most liked soup amongst young and old alike. It is rich in vitamins, calcium and is really tasty also. The only disadvantage of this soup is that it is very high on sodium. Thus those suffering from high BP should not add salt in soup. Being rich in Vitamin C, E,K,and water content tomato soup is very good for weight loss.
In my house hold in winters tomato soup is a regular feature in the evening.
